You are my Cardiff my only Cardiff

So last weekend I made the trip back home. Having Fridays off placement and the bank holiday Monday It meant I had the chance to go home for 4 whole days.

Since birth my dad has always made sure I follow Cardiff City. After many attempts at Wembley to be promoted to the Premier league, this year saw a dramatic turn of events, which meant not only were we promoted automatically BUT we were crowned the champions league CHAMPIONS. Double whammy ;). They had an open bus celebration in the bay and I was luckily home to attend.

I also had to have the typical Newport night out with the girls. No dramalama and was a pretty decent night.

Picnic in the sunshine MMMMMM

So whilst waiting for the girls I thought I'd take some photo booth piccys. The last piccy I had taken was a picture the night I moved to London. I did a comparison shot and didn't really realise how much weight I had lost. Made me feel really good and confident. Although I do still love my love handles ;)

I do truly miss home. I think it's a case of take the girl out of Wales but you can't take the Wales of the girl.
I think my plan of action after interning is to move back to sort my finances out and then move forward. As much as I've made a fantastic life in London,  the pressures of money etc are a bit too over whelming. I've made friends for life here though so I won't not be back.

Club Indulge

So a few of the ladies organised a night out at the opening of the new club night Club Indulge. The idea of the whole concept isn't necessarily my thing if I'm honest, but all the girls were going and if I'm honest I feel I haven't spent enough time with the amazing bunch.

I decided to wear my Anna Scholz skirt. I'm so in love with the print. I added a touch of neon on my nails then down played the rest of the outfit with black.

The night ended up being an amazing night. Me and coco were on fire with our moves on the light up dance floor ;). A couple of bottles of wine later I think it was safe to say we were all giddy and having an amazing night.

I'm soo excited for my birthday night out on the 11th to meet up with these amazing ladies again. Any suggestions to a good sat night out in central will be amazing!

TGIF

So April 26th was yet again a busy day! It revolved around shopping in the day then going to see a favourite band of my The Starting Line.

The gig it's self was a 10 year anniversary tour of the album ' Say it like you mean it'. The gig brought back ALOT of memories of being a teenager and despite not really liking the support The Starting Line were incredible.

Afterward I met with my best friend SJ. She was visiting London for her mums birthday and her mum kindly asked for me to stay at their 5* hotel and join them for breakfast the next morning. The room was incredible and I felt like Rihanna (I got mah money (8).)

I chose to place the Simply Be polka dot shirt over the top of my outfit but had to rock my Disco Pants. They attracted attention and I'm now going on a few dates with someone I met at the gig. Strange how things work but I might keep you all updated  ;)
