I love a good brand collection and the relationship between Disaronno and a special chosen fashion designer is no exception. I still have past bottles from the likes of Moschino and Versace so I can’t explain how excited I was when Chloe of Chloe Pierre London invited me down to the London launch of Disaronno Wears Cavalli.
The event was held at the super stylish Roberto Cavalli store in Knightsbridge near Sloane Square and was full to the brim with celebrities and fashion addicts like myself and Chloe.
The bottle has been dressed in a bold and colourful leopard style print, that’s taken inspiration from the Robert Cavalli SS 2015 Pre-Collection. And for the first time ever ,the collaboration will also be available in 6 adorable 50ml mini bottles pictured below (me and Chloe wanted to get our hands on one so badly.)
If you’re looking for a present to give a fun fashion loving friend this Christmas then this bottle may just be the answer.
Currently being sold at Harvey Nichols, Waitrose, Asda and Morrisons. It is currently on offer for only £11 in Sainsbury’s.
The collaboration between Disaronno and Cavalli also supports the Fashion 4 Development initiative, a global campaign using fashion to tackle issues in the developing world. Disaronno will once donate part of the proceeds to the development of this unique project in Africa.
I had an absolutely amazing time, sampling the Disaronno Cavalli Sours - recipe at the end of this post), meeting celebs like Stephanie from MIC and also seeing this incredible collaboration launch.
The Disaronno Wears Cavalli Sour cocktail recipe:
45 ml Disaronno
30 ml lemon juice
15 ml sugar syrup
45 ml prosecco
10 dashes angostura bitters
In a mixing glass add Disaronno, lemon juice and sugar syrup. Shake and strain into a glass with ice. Top with prosecco. Float 10 dashes of angostura bitters. Garnish with an orange slice.
Love
