All that being said I do enjoy working out, and creating an adrenaline buzz that allows me to focus and keep my mind busy. And it is something I suggest to those that ask 'how do you cope'. With being the fashionista I like to think I am, I do like my work out gear to match my everyday style, and well PrettyLittleThing have come to the rescue. Reasonably priced, fashionable and accessible. I'd go as far as saying fit a little big too so would even say to size down from your usual. But providing us plus size girls with the options is a huge step forward in my eyes. I love the logo elastic bands at the waist, and the embroidered detailing on the plus size crop tops. This hooded long sleeve gym top is perfect to wear for my weekend jog in the cold.
The mesh detailing on the leggings is edgy, and I love how everything works together, so you can swap items to create different looks. This duffle bag is made so well, and the embroidered logo on the outside is too cute. It'll certainly fit a change of clothes, shoes and whatever else you may need.
As well as posing for pictures I did stretch out and run about and I had no issues with rising or falling down, despite being a little big. The leggings were thick enough that you couldn't see through them, even when squatting down.
Like I said I don't endorse, the new year new me weight loss mentality. But I think it is so important to look after not only our physical and mental health. I highly suggest finding something you can do at your level and what you enjoy, and take your time to focus and improve on what it is you need. And of course I highly suggest purchasing the new work out range from Pretty Little Thing to look fashionable and cool whilst doing it.
Love

Uwielbiam kiedy mężczyźni o siebie dbają - nie tylko o ubrania czy buty, ale także o tego rodzaju akcesoria i dodatki. Super wpis :) Będe tutaj częściej zaglądać.
