If you've been like me and for most of October and November you've been wearing a leather jacket, bare legs and not felt the cold, well the last week would have changed all of that....because well Winter is well and truely here.
Most of the UK has been hit with snow (oh how I'd love to be back in Wales right now.) Suprisingly it did stuck here in London though and caused a morning of chaos that soon washed away by the evening. But boy was a glad I had this coat.
I'd shot this look (in the freezing cold) the weekend previous and it really was the perfect outfit to look cute, stylish whilst keeping warm. I usually compromise on the warm part of fashion all in the name of style (it's why I'm full of cold most Winters.) But there was no compromise here.
This wrap front, tie neck dress is goregous. The fabric quality and print is amazing, the fit is perfect and teamed with tights, boots and a coat it is ready for near enough any occasion.
The plus size tights from yours are so comfortable, don't slide down, and have an amazing feature in the gusset which means the seams go around your bum. My issue with the asset I have is the seam in the middle normally spilts when I sit down and then the ladders down the legs.
These wide fit chelsea leather boots are amazing. Pull on easy, fit needs wearing in of course, but the leather is soft and durable. The sole of the boot has a really nice tread so these ar4 perfect for griping on the cold winter floor.
The khaki parker....well what can I say. Thick, comfy and warm. The cosy inner makes all the difference and the fur trim on the hood is cute and stylish.
All in all this look is probably going to be my most worn and favourite of the season. It's cute, it's definitely something new for me, but I really like this way my style is evolving.
