Plus Equals Cleo Co Ord Set

Okay so I'll admit I purchase on a whim and sometimes don't take in to consideration how that brand has treated it's plus size customer. 

The plus pound as I like to call it is something brands are cashing in on, and some are cashing in only to hear the chings in the till, rather than actually producing ranges that fit, where the quality and design are amazing, and to just simply want to support us they customer at all (i.e currently still showing size 12 models showing off the clothing- Campaigns that don't feature plus babes.)

So when Plus Equals started boy did they grab my attention. Out of the world designs, crazy quality and the models used in the shoots. You can see the passion and determination Jazmin (the brand owner) really has.

When I visited Curve fashion fest this year, Jazmin was finally there in person and selling her collection. I saw this cleo top on her in a houndstooth and was amazed. The cleo co ord was actually designed with trousers, but me being me asked would it be possible to create a skirt. As soon as I was shown this mustardy velvour fabric I knew I needed it. 

Created to my measurements, it is perfect. As mentioned the quality is insane. Worn together it comes across as a wrap style dress, and worn seperatly the pieces stand out against a dark denim or a black top. 

Traveling home for Christmas and trying to pack light, I love pieces that I can wear over and over again in different ways. So a dark denim jean will be making it's way home with me so I can wear this top with it, as well as a dark blouse to team with the skirt. 

I can not praise Plus Equals enough, nor can I recommend you head over to the site and purchase an amazing one of a kind design. I'm saving the pennies for a green velvour edition already. 

The one thing I want to do in 2018 is to cut my spend down, and my frivolous spending, and invest in clothing and also shop independently. Especially when it get's you amazing quality, one of kind pieces like this.
