LA always
looked like a marmite sorta place. Somewhere you’d either love or hate. I’m an
avid lover of shit reality tv such as the real housewives of Beverly hills,
Vamderpump rules and of course the Kardashians but from watching the life
styles of the rich and famous I really couldn’t make my mind up if I’d love it.
Sooo of course that meant on the road trip of a life time LA had to be a place
to head to.
As soon as
we hit the 101 and drive in to Hollywood along the boulevard I just knew it was
going to be a place I’d hold in my heart.
I think when
it comes to it a part of me will always be a LA girl so I was glad I could have
this emblazed across my chest to shout it proud.
As much as
Hollywood excited me, after the sun goes down it became a bit scary. Beverly
Hills and Venice beach though I can totally get down with. I’m looking to head
back next year (if not once but twice) even if I have to head across by myself
and drag some of the girls I know out there to have a few days off with me ;).
I really want to hit some of the theme parks, palm springs, and I’d love to
head to the actual city of LA and the grove.
Anyway over
to the outfit of course this LA Girl printed t-shirt fitted right in. I teamed it with a
pleated silver metallic skirt (perfect for tanning as the sun bounced right off it.) I
had many compliments from a few guests at the Beverly Hills hotel which made me
feel like I actually fitted in.......... yes this girl from the valleys in
Wales. Both items are now also in the sale too for such amazing prices.
The top it’s
self does has a flared peplum hem that you can’t see due to being tucked in.
But the fabric has markings through it which helped in the heat.
So there we
have it I’m an LA girl at heart, now to plan my next trip there next May. Hello 27!
