N1 Golf Range Greenwich Review - Golfing with Monarch Airlines
N1 Golf Range Greenwich Review - Golfing with Monarch Airlines

Last Wednesday I was invited to a blogger event organised by Talented Talkers and Monarch Airlines. It took place at N1 Golf at Greenwich Peninsula. Having never golfed in my life I was excited to have the chance to learn. I also have very fond memories of flying with Monarch airline to Florida as a child, so I took the opportunity to not only golf but look at their golfing weekend breaks and support a brand who I've grown up with.

You may notice this has nothing to do with fashion, but I am trying to branch out to life style as well as fashion. Giving the opportunity to try something new was hard to also turn down and I’m glad I got the chance to learn. Before taking a shot at actually playing golf, we were given a mini group lesson by one of the instructors called Mark. We were then divided into groups of 3-4 people to give it a go. For some people it was a chance to show off their skills (or lack of in my case). I was in a group with the lovely Inna and Lucy.

The evening ended with drinks and canapes at Vino the Compass, the restaurant at the golf range. The food, wine and beer and atmosphere were incredible. I loved trying new food and the Spanish alcohol.

I wasn’t fortunate to win any of the prizes (which were flights to: Faro, Malaga, Alicante, Barcelona and Gibraltar, these are some of Monarch's top golf holiday destinations!) but I’m so so thankful for the opportunity to attend the event.
