I'd Rather Be A Mermaid

If you follow my social media you’ll know just recently I’ve come back off the holiday of a lifetime. Road tripping the west coast of America with one of my best friends in tow. (then flying across and stopping off at New York to meet my mum.)

With that is going to come a series of pictures showing you guys what I wore. The first is these shots in one of my favourite swimsuits (yes you heard swimsuits – I don’t usually wear these) shot at one of my favourite places in the world, Venice Beach.

I’d rather be a mermaid, is pretty much my response to anything. Despite actually being half mermaid I’d love nothing more to grow my fin completely and swim around with the sealife carefree. Look at this stuff isn’t it neat, wouldn’t you think my collections complete? Well although my wardrobe definitely isn’t this in the style curve beauty has completed my swimsuit selection and I’m not sure much can top it.

The fit is perfect. I usually avoid swimsuits as they cut me in half, don’t cover my front, or rise too high at the leg. But I felt comfortable and secure in this. It’s also realllllly easy to get in to with the stretch (which made it so much easier to get in to, covered by a towel in the middle of the beach.)

The only annoyance, the tan lines L. Oh and totally forgetting how low the back actually went, and the lack of sunscreen (guys please always wear SPF and cover yourself everywhere unlike me.)  Of course this is now fault of the swimsuit though.

I felt amazing, sat at Venice beach (and sleeping for a little bit of it) and releasing my inner mermaid in the pacific sea. Now all I need to do is really complete the look and actually sign up to being one fulltime haha.

You can pick the swimsuit up over at in the style curve. And if any of you visit LA I’d recommend you going to Venice beach. We parked a 5/10 minute walk from the board walk and muscle beach and managed to get parking pretty reasonable and the beach was  quiet and safe. I also had chance to do my best baywatch look at the lifeguard hut ;) Pamela eat ya heart out.
