An Active State Of Mind

I'm not the fittest, not the strongest, or even the best at exercise. But that’s completely fine. I attend weekly spin classes on a Monday evening. I’ve done this for the past year and I love it. I like to sometimes add some different spot such as swimming and yoga too.

Retox Or Detox This New Year - Evans Clothing

Are you retoxing or detoxing this new year? This is exactly the question asked by the wonderful team at Arcadia. Held at their amazing new offices ( an instagram dream btw), a tranquil and relaxing ambience was created by the retoxing and detoxing event and the activities on offer.  Yoga classes, Frame raves, massages, and cocktails were all available. As well as allowing us to indulge in whatever way we chose to, they also show cased the up and coming trends and clothes coming to each store including my fav Evans.
