An Active State Of Mind

I'm not the fittest, not the strongest, or even the best at exercise. But that’s completely fine. I attend weekly spin classes on a Monday evening. I’ve done this for the past year and I love it. I like to sometimes add some different spot such as swimming and yoga too.
