Now some firsts for me are emotional, they are sad, heart breaking and ones I just wish I could go back and change, some are amazingly happy, joyous and ones to celebrate.

It was recently national women’s health and fitness day and to celebrate I’m going to show my experience at the Fitness First branch in Bishopsgate.

Now I am not here to preach on health and size. I want to make that clear now. If you follow me you’ll know I’m very strong on my approach between the so called connections between knowing some ones health by looking at them.

I personally love to keep fit and to build my strength both physically and mentally. I really enjoy a weekly spin class that I attend on a Monday evening which keeps my mind in check for the week. It regains my focus and lets me take out any stress or frustrations.

I love going to the cinema, but I love nothing more than cwtching up to a film at home. You can have your pjs on and make up off, eat allll the food you want and better still once the films finished you can take yourself off to the comfort of your bed a few steps away.

I was invited along to celebrate the launch of the new Sony OLED TV , with Sony and Currys Pc World. The invite was for an immersive movie night in and I for one was intrigued to find out what it entailed.

Improving My Photography

Photography and blogging sort of go hand in hand. You don’t need to be a photographer at all, but it helps if your imagery is clean crisp and I guess attractive. Dreams Can Come True

Dreams, the visions you see when you sleep or ambitions and things you aspire to in life? I have dreamt both in my 25 years. Dreams that I had whilst sleeping as a child that still haunt me to this day, dreams I have achieved and am currently living. I was approached by adjustable beds to write about my dreams and how they are so important to me.

As a child my parents were constantly told of my vivid imagination. I aspired to do such adventurous things, I dreamt things that I still sometimes get confused if they are real or not. But the main thing is I've never stopped dreaming.

My Acupuncture Treatment - ‘Back to Health’

My first memory of seeing acupuncture being performed is Charlottes experience on the Sex In The City Episode ‘The Domino Effect’. I just remember seeing these needles on the screen and being curious as to what they were being used for. The Meat Co

So a few weeks back the amazing Chloe Pierre randomly invited me to wine and dine with her and experience the amazing restaurant The Meat Co. 

I had walked past the restaurant at West field White City a few times and it had always caught me eye. A restaurant fully dedicated to meat. Now what's not to love (unless your a vegetarian obviously.)

We were sat and greeted by an amazing team of staff who really could not do anything else to make our visit amazing.

I’m not one to turn down the opportunity to meet new people and learn a new skill so when james from Joe Blogs Network invited me #bgomeetup, I took a gamble literally and headed to their head office.


Greeted with a glass of prosecco and a name badge, I was handed £30 of vouchers to exchange for chips to play at the roulette and black jack tables.


I bumped into Leighanne from Bump and beyond and we had a bit of a natter over what some may say too many glasses of prosecco, before we headed to gamble our money away ;).


Beginners luck really is a thing because by the time it came to the end I had doubled my money. If only I played with real money (one can wish.)


With a fuzzy head it was a delight to see the mountain of domino’s pizza arrive to soak up the bubbles. It also gave the perfect opportunity to mingle and take selfies with a life size cut out of Verne Troyer (mini me) and the inflatable dinosaur. We sat at a booth with the lovely Alice of Bblogger and Haydn of squibbvicious

There was also the opportunity to play the Jungle Trouble slot game with all the winnings on the night went to the the World Wildlife Foundation! Unfortunately I didn't get chance to play :(.

So upset I didn't get the chance to win him :(
